DeLallo Butter Beans

A variety of the Lima Bean, these large, flat legumes have a tender, meaty texture that accents hearty vegetable soups, casseroles and serve as a great twist to BBQ baked beans.
A typical way to serve them is sautéed in a tomato sauce with fresh herbs and diced vegetables.
